- Lead the scoping, mobilisation, delivery and benefit realisation of complex transformation programmes.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive long‑term impact.
- Own end‑to‑end programme delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality documentation, including briefs, PIDs, programme plans and governance artefacts.
- Act as a trusted bridge between senior leadership and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment and timely decision‑making.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships and remove silos to keep initiatives moving at pace.
- Define and track success metrics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Regularly communicate progress, outcomes, risks and blockers to senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance and continuity of delivery.
- Support teams through change, embedding new ways of working and ensuring sustainable adoption.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong programme and project management capability, with experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Demonstrated success driving operational or digital change with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work at senior levels.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting plans as priorities evolve.
- Experience in media, retail, digital or data‑led environments.
- Familiarity with performance measurement frameworks and benefits realisation.
- Exposure to change management methodologies.
