The position: As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind accurate and timely performance reports. You'll also coordinate productivity reports, bear significant responsibility for site GCS controls (I2C & P2P), and play a key role in both Site Capex Plans and information flows to and from various managers. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll also play a key role in supporting decision-making by providing financial insights that contribute to operational efficiency and growth.

Be responsible for the period-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Develop, implement, and maintain the QCDM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale) process and associated KPIs while upholding a professional demeanor.

Hold full responsibility for I2C (Invoice-to-Cash) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) GCS controls in Broek op Langedijk.

Manage and oversee the CapEx process, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and reporting.

Serve as a trusted business partner to on-site operations, production, and lean teams.

Strengthen operational capabilities by promoting a zero-loss mentality through targeted training and coaching initiatives.

Supervise cost incentives related to New Product Development (NPD) and product changes.

Lead and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
Requirements
