Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally. 

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.  

• →Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration
• →First point of contact for the employees within the plant
• →Organize internal activities related to Rewards & Recognition, Vitality and Happiness at Work
• →Support the recruitment process
• →Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration
• →Participate in various HR-related projects

• Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement 
• Work-from-home toolkit 

• HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management
• You are fluent in Dutch (Fluent in English is a plus)
• Someone proactive with good communication skills
• Open for team work but also able to take initiative
• A person with hands-on mentality
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
