Vice President Account Director, Business Leadership

• →Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier retail account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
• →Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals, ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met
• →Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy development, property negotiation/management, and marketing activation development/execution, ROI methodology
• →Integral member of brand team within the agency, developing and managing client business while leading strategy development for assigned account(s)
• →Foster strong relationships across the client marketing team and proactively troubleshoot conflicts with clients
• →Along with budget development and management, develop staffing plans to profitably support the business
• →Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs
• →Actively contributing to new business efforts, working in conjunction with senior management and external agency partners
• →Develop and delivers compelling client/new business presentations
• →Proactively work to grow client business across the agency’s core disciplines
• →Leadership, mentorship and development of all direct reports. Fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy.
