Job Title: Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground

Responsibilities

→Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy
→Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
→Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
→Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
→Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
→Supervise staff to ensure the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

What you'll need

You will have 5 or more years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
You will have a High School Diploma or equivalent
You may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
You will have working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
You may have working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
Have a valid driver's license
