Excellent critical thinking, listening and interpersonal communication skills.

Genuine love and excitement for raising money in support of a Mission you’re passionate about.

Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Experience developing new business, including inside sales.

A track record of raising five and six figure gifts while maintaining donor relationship across a large portfolio.

Success in a variety of fundraising, sales, or business development environments that prepares you for success in fundraising.

Intellectual curiosity to innovate and experiment with creative solutions.
