At DYOPATH, we're looking for a Supervisor, Network Operations Center (NOC), who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and leading through high-impact situations.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day reviewing tickets and approving schedules.

You'll be entrusted with leading a team of talented engineers, guiding critical incident response efforts, improving processes that directly impact clients, and helping shape the future of our Network Operations Center.

Whether you're a seasoned NOC leader looking for your next challenge or a high-performing NOC Lead ready to step into people leadership, we'd love to talk.

  • Title: Supervisor, Network Operations Center
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
  • Availability: Occasional after-hours support for incidents or escalations
  • Travel: Periodic, based on client and business needs
  • Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000

The DYOPATH NOC is at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our clients. As Supervisor, NOC, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Leading and developing a team of network and systems professionals
  • Coordinating responses during major incidents and service disruptions
  • Improving operational processes and service delivery standards
  • Ensuring clients receive world-class support and communication
  • Helping build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Your decisions will directly influence client experience, team performance, and operational success.

  • Coach, mentor, and support NOC engineers
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions
  • Assist in onboarding and developing technical talent
  • Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth
  • Oversee day-to-day NOC operations
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Manage workload distribution and team coverage
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a primary escalation point for complex issues
  • Coordinate technical resources during major incidents
  • Provide clear communication to clients and leadership
  • Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement efforts
  • Enhance runbooks, processes, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen operational maturity
  • Help shape the future direction of the NOC

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and improving how things work. You may be an excellent fit if you:

  • Have experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Thrive during high-pressure incidents and escalations
  • Enjoy building processes and driving operational improvements
  • Communicate confidently with both engineers and business leaders
  • Take ownership and inspire others to do the same
  • Believe strong teams are built through coaching, trust, and accountability
