Share daily highlights and build warm, trusting relationships with families.
Check in regularly with the Lead to align on roles and responsibilities.
Provide honest input, support team goals, and ask for help when needed.
Be open to feedback and participate in professional development.
Requirements
~1 min readMontana Practitioner Registry Level 2 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Experience working with young children in a group setting
Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices
Dependability, emotional regulation, and strong communication skills
