Senior Software Engineer (Web)

We are looking for experienced, passionate, and resourceful senior full-stack engineers to join our Web team. As a full-stack engineer, you will work across functionality with various teams and contribute to the design and development of our web applications.

This position will be a hybrid role based at our Bangkok office as part of our expanding site location. EarnIn offers our employees excellent benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and opportunities to travel to our Mountain View HQ. • →Drive the implementation of new features - break down complex problems into their bare essentials, translate this complexity into elegant design, and create high-quality, maintainable code.
• →Collaborate and mentor other engineers while providing thoughtful guidance using code, design, and architecture reviews.
• →Work cross-functionally with other teams (data science, design, product, marketing, analytics).
• →Leverage a broad skill set and help us implement and learn new technologies quickly.
• →Create and maintain test automation to enable continuous integration and development velocity.

• 4+ years of development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and ReactJS, with the ability to render server-side and client-side content
• Excellent knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (C#, Python, Kotlin, Go)
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture is a strong plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) is a plus
