Lawn Care Specialist

Indiana, PA | Full-Time Seasonal

Do you enjoy working outside, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done? Whether you're an experienced lawn care professional or someone eager to learn a skilled trade, EarthCraft Landscaping wants to hear from you.

We're looking for a Lawn Care Specialist to work alongside our Lawn Care Account Manager, helping residential and commercial clients achieve healthier, greener, weed-free properties. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.

No pesticide license? No problem. We are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest management treatments
• Visit residential and commercial properties throughout the area
• Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions
• Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Identify opportunities for additional services that benefit the client
• Track materials, inventory, and job information
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, agriculture, or related fields is helpful but not required
• Pesticide certification is a plus, but we are willing to train and help the right candidate obtain certification
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
