Compliance Lead - Domestic & Intragroup

Your Role with Us
As a Compliance Lead, you will be the primary compliance point of contact for our key business functions - including Finance and People & Culture - ensuring we meet our domestic regulatory obligations. You will also play a key role in managing intragroup compliance considerations, supporting the alignment of obligations across our related entities. Alongside this, you will manage our Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and third-party risk processes, maintaining strong governance standards across our supplier relationships. Working closely with Legal & Governance, you will identify compliance risks and maintain the internal processes and policies that underpin our day-to-day operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary advisor for People & Culture, Finance and corporate functions.
  • Ensure alignment with Australian and international regulatory requirements.
  • Design and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and reporting structures.
  • Execute end-to-end Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and operational handbooks.
  • Collaborate internally to mitigate risks in operations and supply chains.
  • Report compliance performance and risk insights to senior leadership.
  • Deliver training to drive organisation-wide compliance awareness.
  • Lead audit readiness and manage all compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Australian and international corporate, privacy and financial regulations.
  • Experience building and managing compliance and governance systems.
  • Proven background in vendor due diligence or third-party risk.
