Engineer - Multibody Dynamics

## What you’ll do: "The primary responsibility of this role is to design and development support to electrical products from Vibration/MBD (Multi Body Dynamics) technology. Individual will be required to partner with global teams located in India, Europe & NA to understand specific design intent; develop and validate structural analysis models to substantiate various engineering designs. Candidate should ensure proper coordination and communication with all stakeholders by following project management best practices.The incumbent is responsible for handling medium complex projects independently and deliver quality results within stipulated timelines.The candidate should have strong background in vibration/MBD/solid mechanics with thorough understanding of finite element analysis fundamentals. Skills of Digital Twins development, delivering impactful CI tools and vibration analysis will be additionally desired. He/She should proactively look for various opportunities to validate his/her analytical predictions with physical testing to constantly mature DP capabilities. Technology Responsibilities: • Work with SME to mature identified technical capabilities aligned to dynamics portfolio • Work closely with SME and analysis experts to validate digital prototypes to mimic product physics and predict key CTQ’s • Ensure Analysis First deployment on key programs • Highlight apt technical and schedule risks on assigned medium complex programs. • Participate in ES-Americas level initiatives and contribute thru solid personal value add • Learn & implement DfX thought process while working on the programs. •Create valuable IP to expand innovation envelope for organization growth" ## Qualifications: Qualifications: Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace/ Applied Mechanics from reputed institute 0-2 Years ## Skills: Skills: Vibration/MBD/Solid Mechanics domain knowledge, Simulation tool expertise(ADAMS, ANSYS Workbench & alied softwares) "Accountability – Takes complete responsibility of assigned tasks and delivers results despite of roadblocks Passion - Pursues everything with drive and motivates others around to contribute towards the cause Resourceful – Works across the boundaries to get the desired things done timely Problem Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, Looks beyond the obvious solutions and comes up with creative/ innovative proposals Learner - Takes efforts to upskill self and shares the learnings with broader team proactively Transparency - Should create open and trusting environment in the team"
