• Lead and coordinate strategic Cash Management projects within Treasury.

• Act as PMO for Treasury initiatives, monitoring timelines, risks, dependencies, and action plans.

• Lead discussions and negotiations with local and global banking partners for the implementation of banking solutions and projects.

• Support the expansion and optimization of the company's banking infrastructure.

• Map, review, and optimize processes, workflows, and controls, driving efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.

• Serve as the key liaison between Treasury and other business areas to enable cross-functional projects.

• Develop, document, and promote best practices, fostering standardization and governance across regions.

• Leverage data and performance indicators to support analysis, decision-making, and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

• Advanced or fluent English.

• Advanced or fluent Spanish.

• Previous experience working in regional or global environments.

• Knowledge of Cash Management products and operations.

• Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools.

• Experience in transformation, automation, and process standardization projects.

• Experience in fintechs, payment services, or technology companies.

• Knowledge of banking connectivity solutions, including SWIFT, APIs, Host-to-Host, and SFTP.

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools applied to productivity enhancement, information analysis, and process optimization.

• Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent.

• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Experience leveraging Generative AI solutions to drive operational efficiency and enhance project management practices.

• A postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Finance, Project Management, Treasury, or related fields will be considered a plus.
