  Provide legal advice in the labor law area, including preparing legal opinions and coordinating with local external counsel on labor matters;

• →

  Manage labor litigation, including reports and interface with external law firms;

• →

  Develop strategies for settlements, crisis management, and related labor matters.

• Law degree with active bar association registration;

• Extensive experience in Corporate Labor Law;

• Proven experience working in in-house legal departments of large companies;

• Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluency in English.

• Spanish or proficiency in other languages;

• International experience;

• Experience dealing with unions;

• Experience in the payments, financial services, or related industries;

• Experience in a law firm.
