Treasury JR Analyst

• →Update daily balances and bank statements.
• →Execute Accounts Payable/Receivable and Treasury routines under supervision.
• →Perform uploads and standardized routines (SAP, files, reports, support to other teams, etc.).
• →Support the monthly closing process (data preparation, ERP postings).
• →Prepare documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• →Update cash flow control spreadsheets and basic KPI reports.
• →Manage your own banking access permissions.
• →Execute existing automations and report system instabilities.
• →Continuously seek improvements in team processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Previous experience in regional or global environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools.
• Experience in fintechs, payment companies, or technology-driven organizations.
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools applied to productivity, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Partial mastery of technical knowledge in the area, with the ability to apply concepts in projects and analyses.
• Experience using specialized (approved) tools for data analysis and visualization in medium-complexity projects or activities.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Intermediate English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of Alteryx.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Proactive learning mindset and attention to detail.
• Curiosity to learn about the payments industry.
• Ability to perform high-volume tasks with accuracy (high precision in reconciliations).
