We are looking for an Associate Engineer to automate workflows and provide technical support. You will leverage Python and AWS to streamline processes, troubleshoot recurring issues, and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Automate Processes: Write and maintain Python scripts to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- →Ticket Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve incoming technical support tickets, identifying root causes to eliminate recurring system issues.
- →Cloud Operations: Assist with configuring and monitoring core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
- →Documentation: Keep troubleshooting guides and automation workflows clearly documented.
- Foundational proficiency in Python for scripting and task automation.
- Basic familiarity with AWS environments.
- Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid understanding of core programming principles and how code repositories (like Git) work.
- Highly organized mindset with the ability to work independently, while knowing exactly when to raise your hand and ask for help.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
