Responsibilities
~1 min readOur Human resources team is responsible for the full HR functions, including Payroll, Skills Development and Employee Relations.
As a graduate within the Human Resources team, you will:
- Assist HR team with projects and research
- Provide the HR Manager support on office administrative duties
- Coordinate Unit meetings
- Establish and maintain an efficient and effective document management system
- Schedule appointments and book boardrooms for interviews
- Book and coordinate the logistical arrangements for the recruitment and assessment process
- Coordinate and support the on-boarding and integration programme for new employees.
- Assisting with staff wellness initiatives
- Assist with arranging employee events
- Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding
Requirements
~1 min read- BCom/BTech degree in Human Resources, Industrial Phychology or HR Development ;
- Must be a South African Citizen

- Able to work under pressure;
- Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities;
