ecoATM is investing in AI to transform how the finance, accounting, and operations organization works. The Accounting AI Transformation Manager is a hands-on technologist and enabler who designs, builds, and scales AI-native workflows across the business — and teaches the team to use them confidently, starting with Claude Essentials. This person is fluent in Claude and other large language models, comfortable working across data platforms such as Oracle and Snowflake, and financially literate enough to translate accounting, reporting, modeling, and forecasting needs into reliable, well-controlled automation. 

The role begins in core finance and accounting and expands into operations — including kiosk cash reconciliation, inventory management, and fixed-asset / kiosk-fleet accounting — where high-volume, repeatable work offers substantial automation upside. It is a broad, high-impact role: part builder, part educator, part internal consultant. Success is measured in hours returned, faster cycle times, and better-informed decisions across the enterprise. 

• Roll out Claude Essentials and approved AI-native workflows so the majority of the finance/accounting team is actively using them.
• Deliver several production workflows in core accounting with documented, verifiable time savings.
• Launch at least one operations workflow (kiosk cash rec, inventory, or fixed assets) and stand up audit-ready guardrails and documentation.
