The Opportunity


We are actively recruiting for a current vacancy, a hard working and conscientious full-time Technical Service Coordinator to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for scheduling and communicating service schedules with all stakeholders.


Core Responsibilities 


  • Communicate with customers and sales team to schedule service appointments via phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Provide assistance and support to technicians as required
  • Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Coordinate the dispatching of technicians through service scheduling software, email and phone, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • As directed, produce metrics and reports to identify outstanding items
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and service quality enhancement
  • Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism
  • General administrative support to sales team as required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • University degree or college diploma


The Benefits


  • Regular full-time employment status with competitive compensation, paid bi-weekly
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.  
  • Monday to Friday schedule
