Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule examinations with zero last-minute changes. Oversee secure question paper setting, moderation, and printing. Ensure timely result declaration (within 10 working days). Manage malpractice cases with zero tolerance and prompt resolution. Handle student grievances Maintain compliance with NAAC/NBA/UGC documentation and audits. Drive digital transformation in exam processes. Qualifications & Experience Ph.D./M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline (PG in Education/Administration preferred). Minimum 10 years of teaching/academic administration, with 3+ years in examination functions. Strong expertise in ERP/exam management systems, regulatory compliance, and leadership.
