Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking. B.Ed qualification (or equivalent) with a specialization in English or Education. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school or educational institution. Strong command of the English language, including grammar, literature, and effective communication. Proven ability to design engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for instruction and assessment. Demonstrated passion for student development and a commitment to fostering lifelong learning. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and respond positively to feedback and school policies.
