We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Executive Engineer to lead critical engineering initiatives within our organization. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Managing Director/CEO to develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans. Lead end-to-end management of engineering projects—from initial concept through design, implementation, and final delivery—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Provide regular, concise updates to executive leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with product development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with business objectives. Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering and executive leadership, translating complex technical insights into actionable business strategies. Support budget preparation and financial forecasting for engineering initiatives; monitor spending and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency. Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols; proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the Managing Director/CEO and Board of Directors, highlighting the strategic value and performance impact of engineering projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical); Master’s degree or MBA in Operations is a strong advantage. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management responsibilities. Solid understanding of engineering principles, design methodologies, and project lifecycle management. Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software and tools relevant to mechanical systems and project execution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
