Support daily classroom routines and manage small group or individual student engagement during activities. Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher in implementing the curriculum and adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the Lead Teacher and parents as needed. Assist in preparing learning materials, organizing classroom resources, and supporting administrative tasks. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events to support a cohesive educational experience. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in basic digital tools for documentation and classroom support.
