Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood milestones. Lead daily classroom activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and foundational skill-building. Mentor and support junior teaching staff through regular observations, constructive feedback, and professional growth initiatives. Maintain open, consistent communication with parents to share progress, address concerns, and promote home-school collaboration. Create and sustain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs. Contribute to curriculum reviews, participate in staff meetings, and support school-wide educational initiatives. Ensure full compliance with institutional policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a preschool teacher or coordinator. Ability to implement research-based, child-centric curriculum In-depth knowledge of child development stages and expertise in play-based, inquiry-driven learning approaches. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and adapt to dynamic environments.
