Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Insurance Broking Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Only Local Candidates) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for good candidates) Experience: 1–3 Years in Retail Insurance Sales / Insurance Broking / Financial Services Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to generate new business and manage existing client relationships by promoting retail insurance products such as Health, Motor, Personal Accident, and Travel Insurance. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, references, walk-ins, and marketing activities. Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide post-sales service including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims support. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing. Collect and verify required documents for policy processing. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely reporting. Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and competitors. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
