Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate updates clearly throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership software experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

• You can explain why brakes are needed without using interpretive dance
• You’ve mastered the art of answering three phone calls while checking in two customers
• You know “I’ll just wait for it” usually means they brought snacks and settled in for the day
