• →Support the Operations Manager in coordinating daily schedules, logistics, and team assignments.
• →Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies and equipment.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• →Provide technical expertise in arboriculture and plant healthcare, leveraging ISA certification knowledge.
• →Maintain accurate records of services, inspections, and operational activities.
• →Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• →Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• →Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• ISA Certification (International Society of Arboriculture) is required.
• Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or operations management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Participation in E-Verify is required to confirm employment eligibility.
