To provide our guests a clean and comfortable room every day while achieving high standards of cleanliness. Must be a people person and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service to all of our guests.

• Perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas
• Maintain linens, towels and guest supplies in guest rooms
• Notify management of any damage to guest rooms and ensures rooms are made ready for occupancy
• Collect guest items from the room after checkout and report to lost and found
• Assist in room inspection of the cleaned guest room
• Submit maintenance requests for repairs and work and safety hazards
• Follow company health & safety and security procedures
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address guests needs
• Communicate information to the appropriate hotel personnel on any concerns or issues
• Maintain the hotels cleaning standards and exceeding standard expectations
• Follow lost and found procedures, bagging and tagging accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by clearly communicating and resolving challenges to guest satisfaction
• Assisting other departments when necessary and available
• Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Eldorado Resort
• Perform other related duties assigned by the management team

• Works well under pressure, can multi-task and is able to prioritize
• Possess a keen eye for detail
• Self-starter, with time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of WHIMS and chemical use
• Flexible, efficient and punctual
• Able to work independently, or team environment
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Available to work varied shifts: days, weekends and holidays
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada without restriction
