ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

~1 min read

This is a high trust, high impact role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM of Canada - driving revenue operations, supporting regional strategy, coordinating complex enterprise relationships, and ensuring nothing slips as we scale across the Canadian market.

This role requires low ego, exceptional judgment, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. No job is too small, and no task is beneath you. The potential for impact and growth is significant.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the GM of Canada on commercial strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning.

  • Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, and capacity planning for the Canadian team.

  • Support the execution of complex, high-value deals and strategic customer relationships.

  • Join AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed.

  • Manage complex calendars, projects, and coordination across teams and time zones.

  • Keep the team aligned with company processes, priorities, and commitments.

  • Identify and solve operational challenges before they escalate.

  • Build clear, repeatable processes that help the Canadian organization scale efficiently.

  • Use AI tools to automate workflows, streamline operations, and multiply your impact.

  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and serve as a trusted partner across the organization.

  • Low ego, high ownership, and willing to take on any task.

  • Smart, structured, and pragmatic, with strong commercial instincts.

  • An exceptional communicator who can bring clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

  • Comfortable in front of customers and equally at home working in a spreadsheet or Salesforce dashboard.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple competing priorities.

  • Passionate about AI and excited to help build a category-defining company.

  • Based in Toronto and able to work closely with the GM and broader regional team.

  • Experienced in consulting, investment or private banking, revenue operations, or a GTM role within a high-growth startup.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French proficiency is strongly preferred.

A ground floor opportunity to help build and shape our Canadian business. You’ll have direct access to senior leadership, meaningful ownership from day one, and the chance to influence ElevenLabs’ trajectory in a strategically important market - all while receiving equity in a company that is just getting started.

This role will focus on prioritizing candidates based in Toronto, Canada.
