you can show us how you use them to produce more, faster, at higher quality. Owns outcomes, not tasks: you define what needs to happen, drive it, and deliver without being managed closely.
Eliza is a technology services company and Advanced-tier OpenAI partner that’s dedicated to helping organizations build and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. From generative AI and custom LLM integrations to predictive analytics and intelligent automation, we work across industries to bring real-world AI applications to life. Our projects combine deep technical expertise with hands-on client collaboration to solve high-impact problems.
The Marketing Manager is Eliza’s first dedicated marketing hire, based in New York City and reporting to the VP of Growth and Strategic Partnerships. You’ll own execution across content, LinkedIn (organic and paid), events, and sales collateral. Today this work is done by the executive team. Your job is to take it over, ship it faster, and raise the bar.
This is a hands-on role with no team today, so it's own you to build the foundation of Eliza's marketing strategy. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy in a company where “Set the Standard” is how we work.
Two things to know before applying. First, we’re an AI-native firm and we work that way internally: this role is scoped for one person because we expect you to use AI tools aggressively across everything you do, from drafting and editing to research, reporting, and campaign ops. If AI isn’t already core to how you work, this role will feel impossible. Second, this is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You’ll get outcomes, not instructions. Priorities shift quickly, ambiguity is constant, and the bar is high. If you want a structured role with a predictable rhythm, this isn’t it.
