Our team runs structured weekly creative sprints, tests new concepts continuously, and scales what performs. Every asset we produce is measured. Performance is not a guess, it is tracked.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that in eCommerce, creative drives revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and performance strategy.

You will produce high-volume, performance-focused graphic ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Beyond editing, you will contribute to creative structure, hook development, and iteration cycles based on real performance data.

This is not a brand storytelling role. It is a direct-response, testing-driven environment.

The position begins with a short paid trial and transitions into a long-term role with growth opportunities into creative strategy and leadership.

  • Design high-converting static ads, carousels, and visual assets across multiple platform formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
  • Produce 20–30 design variations per week within structured creative testing cycles
  • Build modular design systems and templates with easily interchangeable visual hooks, headlines, and CTAs
  • Apply advanced typography, color contrast, and layout principles to maximize readability and "thumb-stop" rates
  • Contribute to ad angle development, headline ideation, and visual brainstorming
  • Reverse-engineer winning static and carousel ads from competitors and industry leaders
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill) to accelerate workflows and enhance image quality
  • Participate in weekly creative reviews and iteration planning based on real-time data

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of direct-response static ads and carousels that demonstrate a clear understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (if used for ad layouts).
  • Experience working within structured creative testing cycles, moving from initial concept to high-volume variations.
  • Experience working within structured creative testing cycles
  • Clear understanding of visual "thumb-stop" strategy, typography, and high-contrast layout principles.
  • After Effects capability
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Magnific, etc.) to scale output and enhance assets
  • Copywriting instinct for hooks and CTAs
  • Experience in high-output creative teams where speed and data-driven iteration are the daily norms.
