About the Role

We're seeking a Trauma Focused Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal and grow. We're especially interested in clinicians with experience in EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma-focused therapy, or other trauma-informed approaches.

Preferred Licensure

LPC or ALC
LCSW or LMSW
LMFT or LMFT-A
Clinicians expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy
Use evidence-based and creative therapeutic interventions
Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training

Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration
2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
Experience with EMDR, Brainspotting, or other evidence-based trauma treatments preferred
Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
Experience working with diverse populations
Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance billing, and community resources
