We’re looking for hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers at the Hampton Inn in Ellsworth, Maine. This full-time seasonal position runs from spring through fall and is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and creating a welcoming environment for travelers.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready to impress. Your work behind the scenes helps us deliver the high standards that keep guests coming back.

Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobby, and restrooms

Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper

Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and work areas

Report maintenance issues or lost items to management promptly

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and coworkers

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push housekeeping carts
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—training provided
Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic
