Onboarding Optimization Specialist (India)

• →Analyse conversation data to identify improvement areas
• →Implement optimizations to enhance bot performance and user experience
• →Conduct A/B testing and monitor AI health metrics
• →Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to best practices

• 1–2 years’ experience with conversational AI (voice/chat)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, Python, and basic automation
• Bonus: SQL knowledge, experience with financial institutions or contact centres
