About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner ( Fixed Term Contract Position) to serve as a strategic advisor to the business, partnering with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that enable performance, scalability, and regulatory alignment within a FinTech environment. This role will drive data-informed decision-making across talent, organizational design, and workforce planning, while fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and strong governance.
