Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare, validate, and issue renewal quotations for eligible opportunities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- →Support Renewal Account Managers with quote revisions, pricing checks, and document preparation for partner or distributor requests.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records for all renewal activities, ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date data.
- Manage Clari hygiene, opportunity stage updates, next steps, and pipeline notes to support forecasting accuracy with Renewals Account Manager guidance.
- Proactively manage the follow-up cadence for low-value renewal opportunities (below predefined ACV threshold).
- Contact partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information, confirm customer intent, and drive closure.
- Escalate risk or blockers to RAMs when needed to avoid churn or delays.
- Act as a key point of contact for distributors and partners on routine renewal matters.
- Coordinate information requests, share documentation, and ensure smooth communication throughout the renewal cycle.
Provide structured administrative support to Renewal Account Managers including:
- Data entry, record cleanup
- Monitoring the Renewals alias mail
- Renewal reminders and renewal calendar preparation
- Scheduling customer/partner calls when required
- Own repeatable processes that streamline Renewals Account Manager workload and improve operational efficiency
- This role does not carry personal quota or sales ownership.
- Focus is fully on operational excellence and supporting the Renewals team
- Experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or administrative environments.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively during peak renewal periods.
- Comfortable working independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Data-driven approach to problem solving, reporting, and process management.
- Experience working with channel partners or in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with CPQ tools, Clari, Sales force, or similar platforms.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational optimisation.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and strong commitment to achieving team goals.
