We’re hiring a Marketing Designer to own and scale Emergent’s visual presence across marketing, growth, and brand channels. This role is focused on high-impact marketing design — social campaigns, events, performance ads, email creatives, launch assets, and brand storytelling. This is not a UI/UX or product design role. We’re looking for someone with strong visual taste, fast execution, and deep understanding of how design drives engagement, recall, and conversion across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with Growth, Content, Influencer Marketing, Community, and Leadership teams to shape how Emergent is experienced across the internet.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own marketing design across social media, events, paid campaigns, email marketing, partnerships, and brand initiatives
- →Create high-performing static and motion creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and paid channels
- →Design launch campaigns, event branding, pitch decks, digital assets, and marketing collateral
- →Collaborate with growth and content teams to turn ideas into visually compelling campaigns
- →Translate complex AI and product concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling
- →Maintain and evolve Emergent’s visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
- →Create performance-focused ad creatives optimized for CTR, engagement, and conversion
- →Design email creatives, banners, thumbnails, presentation decks, and creator campaign assets
- →Contribute to campaign ideation, visual direction, and overall brand aesthetics
- →Stay updated on internet culture, design trends, creative formats, and AI-powered design workflows
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Design, Brand Design, or Creative Design roles
- Experience working at high-growth tech companies, marketing agencies, or design-first brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns, digital creatives, social design, event branding, and performance marketing assets
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and internet-native design aesthetics
- Ability to create designs that are both visually strong and performance-oriented
- High ownership mindset with the ability to move fast across multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong creative judgment with attention to detail and brand consistency
Requirements
