Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both app and web campaigns
- →Drive profitable growth through deep analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance
- →Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models
- →Leverage LLMs and vibe coding to automate reporting and anomaly detection
- →Rapidly analyze search terms, keywords, and creative performance using data-driven methods
- →Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to align ad spends with margins and business outcomes
- →Manage and lead a team of performance marketing specialists to consistently raise the bar on execution and results
- →Explore DSP and programmatic channels as an additional growth lever
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses
- Extremely strong math and analytical skills with a numbers-first mindset
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale
- Proven ability to increase spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
- Experience working with MMPs such as Appsflyer or Branch
- High comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or Python is a plus
- Clear, structured thinker who can explain complex numbers to non-analytical teams
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
