  • Design and develop multi-functional dashboards across Sales, Retail Stores, Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), Customer Service, Logistics & Delivery, Finance, and Marketing using Looker Studio and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into company-wide performance.
  • Transform raw, complex datasets into actionable business insights by identifying trends, anomalies, and emerging opportunities that directly inform strategic and operational decision-making across departments.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines using Google Sheets, SQL, Python, and BI tools to significantly reduce manual reporting efforts and improve data delivery speed and accuracy.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple business platforms — including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, EasyEcom, ClickPost, customer service platforms, and finance systems — into unified, reliable data flows.
  • Conduct structured business analytics to answer critical performance questions such as drivers of sales growth or decline, identification of underperforming stores, high-return-rate products, root causes of customer complaints, and profitability of marketing channels.
  • Establish and maintain a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) by defining and standardizing key KPIs across functions, ensuring leadership and stakeholders have consistent, accurate, and accessible views of business performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to gather reporting requirements, align on metrics, and communicate data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Apply structured thinking to prioritize analytical tasks and projects based on business impact — connecting disparate data points, organizing large volumes of complex data, and translating findings into coherent narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Continuously monitor and improve data infrastructure and reporting systems by identifying gaps in existing pipelines, proposing enhancements to data collection and visualization processes, and ensuring scalability as business data volume grows.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and dashboard creation for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating large datasets across relational databases.
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio to design and publish interactive, insight-driven dashboards and reports.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics to interpret web and marketing performance data, traffic trends, and customer behavior metrics.
  • Exposure to Python (preferred) for data wrangling, automation, and building scalable reporting pipelines using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
  • Experience working with or understanding of e-commerce and business platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, EasyEcom, or ClickPost is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to break down complex, large-scale datasets into clear, prioritized, and business-relevant insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present data findings in a concise, visual, and non-technical manner to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.
