You will lead, grow, and develop a team of approximately 15 people - fantastic product developers, engineers, project managers and designers to develop the best sleep products in the industry. 

You will directly report to the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer Manuel Müller and together have a strategic view on product development process to maximize the efficiency, minimize costs and improve the value of Emma products. 

You will manage the collaboration with international suppliers by developing the best products with the highest quality in the shortest time frames. 

You will work on launching of new products throughout different markets and countries.  

You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of the industry, production lines, materials, and suppliers. 

You will think outside of the box, finding ideas to elevate the product portfolio of Emma and improve people’s sleep. 

You have More than 10 years of experience in product development or engineering of physical products. Preferably some experience within a start/scale-up environment. 

You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant course with strong achievements (product development, project management, engineering). 

You have experience in leading multi-functional high-performing teams. 

You are fascinated by sleep, foams, springs, and fast scalable business models. 

You are fluent in English.
