About the Role
~3 min readWe are looking for our Head of Marketplaces to join our Ecommerce Brazil team – you'll own and grow Emma’s presence across Marketplaces in Brazil, with a strong focus on revenue growth and margin expansion.
You will report directly to the Head of Brazil, owning both our commercial and marketing levers, managing a talented team across the two areas, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Global Product, Sourcing, Global Marketing, Webshop, Operations, and Finance to ramp up Emma’s presence in Brazil Marketplace’s.

Own the P&L of our 3 Product Categories in Brazil, with a focus on profitable growth and margin expansion, through the Marketplace Channels.

Define and execute the category strategy for Mattresses, Beds, and Accessories—adapting the global assortment to the local market and uncovering new segment opportunities.

Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin, supported by strong analytics.

Lead Go-To-Market Initiatives for new product launches in Brazil—collaborating with Global Product Success, Sourcing, Marketing, and Webshop teams.

Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Plan and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs, ensuring timely and cost-effective portfolio evolution.

Run Campaign & Commercial Planning in alignment with your Marketing counterpart, ensuring a coherent and impactful promotional calendar.

Partner with the Regional Webshop Team to improve digital conversion and category presentation.

Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to improve cost structure and supply performance for the Brazilian market.

You’re able to connect the dots between customer insights, product performance, pricing dynamics, and operational levers to define high-impact growth strategies.

You have 10+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods. You’ve owned or contributed significantly to P&L performance.

You understand pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management deeply enough to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward.

You can navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams. You lead through influence and structured communication.

As part of a fast-scaling environment, you know how to operate in changing settings, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly.

Fluent in Portuguese & English.
