  • Support regional procurement operations by maintaining the Procurement Masterfile, ensuring completeness and accuracy of SKU data (codes, descriptions, dimensions, pricing, supplier and origin details, and compliance information such as HS codes), while establishing a clear and sustainable update cadence for ongoing use.
  • Monitor purchase orders by tracking open orders, supplier delivery timelines, and true on-time performance, identifying variances, delays, and root causes to improve supplier accountability and internal tagging accuracy.
  • Validate invoice and delivery data by reviewing SKU unit costs and quantities against purchase orders, and reconciling discrepancies between declared and actual received goods.
  • Strengthen procurement reporting and performance tracking by improving data integrity, building and maintaining organized databases, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance visibility and accuracy of key procurement KPIs.
  • Can prioritize tasks effectively, create organized frameworks, connect data points across different sources, and translate insights into meaningful business impact.
  • Demonstrates clear, concise, and professional communication, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations across teams.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, using formulas, data organization techniques, and basic analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Currently an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field with strong analytical foundations.
  • Can report to the BGC office at least twice per week to support team collaboration and operational needs.
  • Must have 12 or fewer academic units in the current or upcoming semester to ensure sufficient availability for internship responsibilities.
  • Can commit to atleast a 6-month internship duration.
