Accounting Analyst II

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Accountant II to join our Cash Accounting team within a dynamic shared services environment. This role is responsible for cash accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, cash application, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial analysis. The Cash Accountant II also contributes to process improvements, documentation, internal controls, and automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cash management and accounting processes.

• →Prepare bank and cash reconciliations.
• →Prepare and post journal entries.
• →Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, and business partners to resolve cash balance discrepancies.
• →Review account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated.
• →Perform balance verifications as part of the month-end close process.
• →Support the onboarding and transition of accounting functions from various Business Units to Financial Shared Services.
• →Support internal and external audit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
•  CPA preferred
•  1-2 years of experience
•  Hands-on experience in financial accounting & reporting ,preferably Cash Accounting
•  MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
•  SAP ERP experience highly desired
•  Working knowledge of manufacturing, a plus
•  Hyperion ESSBASE, a plus
•  Ability to work independently and in teams
•  Strong accounting knowledge, fact-finding skills, and ability to provide solutions
•  Effective verbal and written communication skills
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Demonstrate good judgment, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
•  Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines through good organization and prioritization
•  Ability to work closely with personnel from various departments and all levels of management
• Strong critical reasoning skills, independent judgment, and objectivity
