High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred. 3+ years’ experience in a similar environment. The ability to work independently, without supervision required.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible to provide clerical support for the warehouse.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Shipping and Receiving Reporting
- →Assist with Returns / PC-Returns / Damages / VODS / RTPs.
- →Assist with Label and Insert Cage daily operations.
- →Print Shippers -Match with packing slips and bring to shipping dock.
- →Manage the samples process in coordination with S&R Material Handler personnel.
- →Correct paperwork errors.
- →File corrected paperwork.
- →Work with all departments on incoming packages review, receipt, and delivery.
- →Checks in all incoming and outgoing drivers and assigns dock doors.
- →Manages cycle counts and generates cycle count lists.
- →Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies.
- →Prepare customer inventory reports.
- →Process obsolete/returns/rejects materials directed by the customer.
- →Manages Verification of Destruction process.
- →Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- →Assists with updates to company policies and procedures.
- →Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
- →Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset.
- →Assists with Training and Orientation, as needed.
- →Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance.
- →Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed.
- →Flexibly to work other shifts, maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.
Requirements
