Lantern is looking for a Sr Salesforce Administrator to serve as a platform owner and product enabler across Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated systems. This role goes beyond traditional administration—partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate product ideas into scalable Salesforce capabilities.
Location: Hybrid - at least 3 days/wk in our Dallas office
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce Health Cloud environment
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure and maintain Health Cloud objects including Care Plans, Patient Lists, and Care Team assignments
- Perform regular system audits, data backups, and health checks
- Manage sandbox environments and support release management processes
- Ensure the platform adheres to HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational compliance standards
- Collaborate with developers on complex requirements requiring Apex or LWC
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent level of work experience
- Extensive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design (Flows & Apex)
- Hands-on, production level experience using GitHub Actions for change management and Salesforce deployments
- Ability to create clear, effective documentation of business processes
- Strong governance mindset with deep knowledge of data modeling and integrations
- MuleSoft
- Health Cloud Accreditation (Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification)
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries with robust HIPAA compliance standards
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Five9 (IVR), or integrated ecosystems
- Experience working in platform-based operating models (shared services / enterprise platforms)
- Partner closely with the Product team to translate ideas into scalable Salesforce capabilities
- Assess feasibility and dependencies of any enhancements
- Define data models, object design, and automation strategies aligned to platform architecture
