• →Assists marketing and business development staff with administrative and deadline-oriented proposal duties, while working in a team environment.
• →Assists with layout of company proposals, including typing and minor proofreading/editing.
• →Performs database maintenance, coordination of company mailings, and some graphics support.
• →Assists office administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or in related field
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment.
• Detail-oriented and professional.
