Senior Director, Strategy

Reporting directly to the President, the Senior Director, Strategy holds a pivotal role. The position will help drive Ensemble to achieve its strategic priorities, facilitate business planning, provide forward-looking analysis, and establish impactful operational metrics crucial for data-driven decision-making. This position will also spearhead the development and validation of strategic projects. This role will cultivate robust internal relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration across business units.

• →Conduct in-depth analysis, leveraging both internal and external data, to support strategic initiatives and facilitate informed decision-making.
• →Collaborate with operational and support departments to comprehend goals, key success drivers, blueprint to execute, and reporting processes.
• →Own Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other senior stakeholder presentations. Drive process automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
• →Formulate plans and strategies to foster company’s long-term growth and success.
• →Ensure optimal team performance and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• →Establish robust reporting structures, including monthly reporting, project reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.  A specialization in Strategy preferred.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in strategy and business analysis with a proven track record of success.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Competency in business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for travel and adaptability to change.
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on building trust and resolving conflicts effectively.

• Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative and KPI-driven organization.
• Highly functional in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace, iterating on plans and deliverable based on feedback, results, what’s working and not working.
• Ability to build trust and work through conflict both upwards and downward.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $170,000 to $190,000 (OTE $255,000 to $285,000).

The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
