The Senior Process and Change Management Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading the analysis, design, optimization, and implementation of business processes while driving effective organizational change. This role ensures that process improvements align with strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and are successfully adopted across the organization.
The Analyst partners closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and design future-state solutions. Leveraging deep expertise in process methodologies and change management frameworks, the role translates complex business needs into actionable process improvements and sustainable change strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end process analysis, documentation, redesign, and optimization initiatives.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training approaches, and adoption metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Assess organizational readiness and manage change impacts across people, processes, and technology.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and change adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on process governance, continuous improvement, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and business leaders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Mentor and support less experienced analysts in process and change management practices.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management with bachelor's degree in computer science or business, doing the similar jobs.
- Extensive experience in business process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change).
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a dynamic environment.
