We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Catalog Development, ITSM, and CSM modules, along with integration expertise. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, working across modules, and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.
Experience in automation and CMDB-driven design patterns is highly valued, especially in environments involving phased transformations and multi-client support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Design and develop Service Catalog items, workflows, flows, and UI policies
- Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem) and CSM modules
- Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance
- Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic
- Configure approval workflows, Flow Designer, and automation rules
- Develop and manage integrations using APIs
- Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts
- Customize Portals / UI Builder components
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Participate in design discussions and solution reviews
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production fixes
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Service Catalog development
- ITSM and CSM modules
- Solid scripting skills:
- JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
- Glide APIs
- Experience in:
- Flow Designer
- REST API integrations
- Good understanding of:
- Role-based access & entitlements
- ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- At least one of:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist
- Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)
- Experience in automation-first design approaches
- Knowledge of enterprise service portals or UI Builder
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Experience working in multi-client or shared platform environments preferred
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
