About the Role
~1 min read- Leading and managing projects within a complex and fast-growing organization
- Negotiating timelines and deliverables, and overseeing end-to-end system enhancements, including regression testing and change control processes.
- Work with business stakeholders, managing project requirements from gathering to implementing changes, executing tests, and facilitating knowledge transfer activities.
- Acting as a key member in managing applications, partner with technical teams to design and deploy business systems and applications
- Developing, optimizing, or overhauling business processes through system configurations or customizations.
- Support third-party tool pilots, integrations, and maintenance to enhance sales productivity
- Own and drive enhancements to improve the quality, efficiency, and adoption of HubSpot
- Perform data manipulation and transformation to support reporting and support process
- Collaborate with other third-party vendors, consultants, and software support teams to achieve Entrupy's desired outcomes
- Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 3-4 years experience in developing and implementing business systems.
- Experience in Integration, CRM, and business software - Salesforce/Hubspot/Chargebee/Netsuite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience with CPQ, Billing, and Revenue recognition systems and processes.
- Experience with SAAS Enterprise systems and SAAS business operations, either as a project lead or significant contributor.
- Be committed to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
- Aptitude with sales technology and enablement tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau.
